Meeting Location and Accomodations

All lectures, scientific sessions and meals will be held at the

in Front Royal Virginia, which will be the meeting headquarters.

Airport Shuttle

Mr. Michael Brookman of Shuttle Transportation, Inc. will provide a shuttle service between DULLES International Airport ONLY and the Northern Virginia 4-H Educational Center on Sunday, September 14, and Wednesday, September 17. You may contact Mr. Brookman (brookman@rmaonline.net) directly to sign up for the shuttle service. The round trip cost is $60.00. Please inform Mr. Brookman of your flight information (airline, flight number, arrival/departure time) so that he may schedule the appropriate number of shuttles and the corresponding time schedules. He will provide you with details on shuttle times and pickup locations. If you need any special assistance, please feel free to call me at 301-644-2028.

Lodging

The Registration fee includes lodging at the Northern Virginia 4-H Educational Center:

Four lodges grace the campus and provide sleeping arrangements. All accommodations are handicapped accessible. Step out from any lodge and enjoy a panoramic view of the valley or catch a glimpse of deer browsing on the mountainside. The Appalachian Trail passes only a few feet behind Rectors Lodge.

Lodges have shared baths and rooms with bunk style beds.

Linens are included with the cost of Registration.
